Tzafona Cellars

Tzafona is a kosher winery in Canada's Niagara region, founded by Avraham Gislason and Toby Berkel to produce world-class wines that express the local terroir and also meet kosher standards. The winery uses grapes from the Niagara Peninsula to create wines with bold flavors and rich aromas, including award-winning icewines and a variety of other wines, and is Canada's only kosher winery.
