Brilliant light yellow color with flecks of green and a persistent stream of fine, active bubbles. On the nose, delicate notes of apricot, lime, mint, spice & mineral. The palate is open, clean and vivacious with harmonious flavors of peach, pear & spice. A versatile wine that can easily be enjoyed as an aperitif or an accompaniment to blackened fish or grilled meats. This champagne has aging potential for 5+ years.
