Made from 100% Montepulciano grapes, this wine represents the winter season of the Pietrame wine range: dark, spicy and lingering. This wine has a deep ruby red color with an earthy and fruity bouquet of cherry, orange and wild herbs. On the palate, the berry and citrus and mineral flavors erupt and are joined with a touch of vanilla and chocolate. Vibrant acidity, full-bodied and well structured with soft and well balanced tannins.
