Sunday Mountain Sauvignon Blanc

100% Sauvignon Blanc made in French style. Small production from Marlborough. Our taste profile includes the obligatory “gooseberry” nose, but we seek more of a citrus and grapefruit finish, giving it a softer texture, linked with good acidity, this makes for a great apéritif full of zingy-ness.
