Peter Zemmer Chardonnay Riserva 'Vigna Crivelli'

100% Chardonnay from the selected vineyard of the Vigna Crivelli—located in an ideal microclimate—wide ranging differences of day and night temperatures and influenced by strong winds, ideal sunshine during the day and optimal ventilation of the berries on the vines assures excellent quality of the grapes. Fermentation takes place in small casks of French oak and the wine is aged 12 months before bottling. A gorgeous golden hue silhouettes this wine with a powerful bouquet of ripe apricot, tropical fruits and fine wood flavors. This wine is powerful and savory with balanced acidity—juicy and rich and pleasantly full-bodied.
