Marras Chenin Blanc

Our Chenin Blanc starts with early morning picking in crates, ensuring the grapes arrive at the cellar cool, fresh and in pristine condition. The fruit is whole bunch pressed, allowing for gentle extraction and preserving the natural freshness and purity of the juice.

The juice is settled overnight before fermentation begins. Fermentation takes place in a combination of concrete and stainless steel, with a cold fermentation allowing the wine to retain its delicate aromatics, natural acidity and vibrant fruit character.

After fermentation, the wine is left to mature on its lees, developing greater texture, depth and complexity while retaining the freshness and energy that define our Chenin Blanc.

A fresh and expressive Chenin Blanc with inviting aromas of apricot, pear and white peach. The palate is vibrant and beautifully balanced, combining ripe stone fruit and delicate orchard-fruit flavours with refreshing acidity and a clean, lingering finish. Its time on the lees adds subtle texture and depth, while preserving the wine’s natural freshness and energy.
