Marras Rosé
Marras Rosé
Our Rosé begins with early morning picking in crates, ensuring the grapes arrive at the cellar cool, fresh and in pristine condition. The grapes are destemmed and left on their skins for 4 hours, allowing for gentle extraction of colour while preserving freshness and elegance.
The juice is then drained off, followed by a light press cycle to gently extract the remaining juice. The juice is settled overnight before fermentation takes place in stainless steel at a cold fermentation temperature. This slow, cool fermentation helps retain the wine’s delicate aromatics, vibrant fruit and natural freshness.
The wine is then allowed to mature on its lees, building texture and subtle complexity while maintaining its freshness and drinkability.
The result is a lower-alcohol Rosé with higher drinkability : fresh, elegant and vibrant, with enough texture and character to make it seriously easy to drink.
Delicate and inviting, with an expressive nose of rose water, fresh strawberries and soft candy floss. The palate is light, fresh and beautifully juicy, showing vibrant red berry flavours with a subtle floral sweetness. Crisp acidity keeps the wine lively and refreshing, making it effortlessly drinkable with a long, clean finish. Fresh. Floral. Fruity. Seriously drinkable.
