Paolo Manzone Barbaresco 'San Giuliano'
100% Nebbiolo from the Nieve region first produced in 2008 from the cru vineyard at an elevation of 300 meters, it is all stainless steel fermented and then aged in Slavonian oak large ovals (15Hl) for 24 months. Medium to full in body with dense tannins. The fruit is primarily black cherry, with hints of cocoa, walnuts, tar, and dried flowers. The silky texture leads to a chewy mineral finish.
