Paolo Manzone Barolo
Paolo Manzone Barolo
100% Nebbiolo from the Serralunga region first produced in 1999 from the cru vineyard at and elevation of 350 meters, it is all stainless steel fermented and then aged in 90% Slavonian oak large ovals (15Hl) for 24 months along with 10% French oak Tonneau. Ripe, juicy strawberries and raspberries on the nose, together with sweet herbs. Full and silky with a juicy, fluid core of fruit and fine tannins that take a while to arrive, but then turn a little hard at the end for now.
