Paolo Manzone Roero Arneis 'Reysú'

100% Arneis from the Roero region of Piedmont. The vineyard is 400 meters in elevation facing South East and this wine is made from the gentle pressing of whole clusters at low temperatures in stainless steel tanks to preserve the fruit and eliminate oxidation. Battonage is used during fermentation on the fine lees to enhance complexity. This wine is straw yellow with beautiful green reflections. Delicate notes of green apple on the nose. Fresh nectarine and peach notes deliver a harmonious balance of acid & sweet with a touch of crisp minerality on the very long and pleasant finish.
