Paolo Manzone Barbera d'Alba Superiore 'Fiorenza'

100% Barbera from Sinio first produced in 1970, the wine is all stainless steel fermented and then aged in French oak tonneau for 12 months. 20% of the barrels are new with the balance being of varying ages. Dark berry fruit notes combine with red fruits and spices. Medium in body with a plush texture, juicy acidity and a hint of chocolate in the finish.
